You will see their name, photo, and CEA registration number (R-number) before you commit to anything. There are no handoffs and no rotating assignments — the same salesperson stays with your transaction from start to finish.
Our fee is fixed and depends on the property type. To sell: HDB $1,999 or condo $4,999 — both plus GST, and payable only when your sale completes. If we represent you as a buyer: HDB is $1,999 plus GST, while resale condo and new-launch purchases are free (the developer or co-broking arrangement covers our side). There is never any upfront payment.
Both. We represent sellers of HDB flats and condominiums, and we also represent buyers. The process and your dedicated salesperson are the same across property types — only the paperwork at completion differs (for HDB that's the Resale Appointment; for condo it's the option, contract, and completion).
Yes. You do the shortlisting and viewings — you know what you're looking for and your own schedule best — and we do the rest: negotiation, compliance, and the paperwork through to completion. Representing you on an HDB purchase is $1,999 plus GST; resale condo and new-launch purchases are free to you. If you're both selling and buying, we coordinate the two as a single move.
Conducting your own viewings is part of how we keep our fee fixed and low instead of the typical 2 percent. You also know your home better than anyone — the layout, the natural light, the neighbours, the daily rhythm — so you answer buyer questions more honestly than a third party. Your salesperson still handles every viewing logistic: vetting and verifying viewers, scheduling slots, sending reminders, capturing buyer feedback after each viewing, and following up to convert serious interest into an offer.
