Household income by decile
What each decile can afford
Computed at TDSR 55%, LTV 75%, 4% p.a. medium-term stress rate (MAS floor), 30-year tenure.
Source: Derived: SingStat income deciles + MAS TDSR 55% / LTV 75%
New private homes sold by developers
Sum of units per URA new-sale record; excludes Executive Condominiums.
HDB upgrader wave: units reaching MOP
Estimated MOP year = completion year + 5, since actual key-collection dates are not published. Year-level granularity only; blocks with no recorded completion year are excluded; counts reflect total units in each block, not units still unsold since MOP.
Resale transaction volumes (HDB + condo)
HDB resale data runs from 1990; URA only publishes ~5 years of condo transaction history via its API, so the condo line starts later — a data-availability limit, not zero transactions before that date.
